
Some of the spices that we used every day in our food are really effective when we want to relieve cough and cold symptoms.
In this way we can create home remedies with ginger, anise and cinnamon. Using them is simple:
Ginger. Ginger helps our immune system, which helps to prevent flues and colds.
To consume ginger you have to boil 200 cc of milk with a teaspoonful of ground ginger and then sweeten with honey.
Anise. Anise is ideal to relieve the cough.
Cinnamon. It helps to relieve the symptoms of flues and colds.
In a cup with hot water add one spoonful of cinnamon. Consume it hot with a few drops of lemon and sweeten with honey.
